I really enjoyed the house premier but after such a long time of waiting. and such a great fourth season it was a little weak. 

In the aftermath of personal tragedy, Wilson resigns from the hospital... and from his friendship with House. Meanwhile, Thirteen struggles with her personal medical problems while helping treat an executive assistant with a similar personality to her own.

The medical case involving the executive assistant was handled by house's staff while house was trying to make Wilson stay in the hospital. House went home hoping that Wilson would cave because A life was at stake.  Cuddy kept asking house to apologize to Wilson and tell him what he really feels which he actually does in the end. But Wilson tells him:

"If I've learned anything from amber, it's that I have to take care of myself.
We're not friends anymore, house. I'm not sure we ever were."

I sure hope this doesn't mean we won't see Wilson on the show again he is one of my favorite characters…..

I think that the strongest line of yesterday's episode was this one:

"almost dying changes nothing.

Dying changes everything."

Amber Dying changed especially for house and his only "Friend" I have a feeling that a lot is going to be changed around Dr Gregory House this season.
